A1 risk management training rolled out at Capcoal

Capcoal Grasstree underground mine became the first of our mines in Australia to deliver A1 Safety Risk Management training to its workforce in November 2009, with more than 200 employees and contractors having now completed the intensive safety course. The A1 programme concentrates on the steps each individual can take in terms of risk assessment, with participants identifying hazards associated with their work and looking to introduce additional controls to make their work safer.
