Human Resources Graduates working with Anglo Coal Australia will be exposed to a wide variety of human resources functions and provided with the opportunity to work at underground or open cut mine sites, or within Brisbane Head Office.
Human Resources is an integral part of our business and aims to support and develop a motivated workforce whilst complying with legislation and regulations that govern the employer/employee relationship. As a Human Resources Graduate, your contribution to this process is vital.
We will strive to provide you with valuable learning experiences across numerous areas of Human Resources throughout this 2 year program. The emphasis will be on developing a broad understanding of the mining environment as it relates to Human Resource Graduates.
