Anglo will collect personal information you provide to it in your application for employment and personal information that is necessary for us to determine your suitability for employment with the Anglo Group. All such information will be collected, in a lawful and fair way. In accordance with the Privacy Legislation you are able to access the information you have provided however a fee may apply. Anglo will provide you with access to your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Privacy Act.

In addition to Company employees charged with making decisions about employment, Anglo may provide consultants contracted by the Company from time to time to assist with our recruitment and selection processes with access to the information you provide.
